Before we begin the RTT process, we start with a 30-minute intake conversation.


This is where we explore:


  • How burnout is showing up in your life right now 
  • The thoughts, feelings and behaviours you want to change 
  • The patterns that may be keeping you stuck 
  • What you would rather feel, think and experience instead 


This allows your sessions to be completely personalised to you.

Your RTT sessions


Each RTT session is approximately 90 minutes and is designed around your unique experience.


Together, we explore:


Where the patterns began.

Why they developed.

How they have influenced the way you think, feel and respond today.


Then we work towards creating new beliefs, responses and patterns that support the version of yourself you want to become.

After each RTT session, you receive a personalised audio recording designed specifically for you.
